Commissioner/Contract Management – Accountable for the successful delivery of the West Midlands region contracts to include:

  • Overall financial performance of the West Midlands contract
  • Overall commissioner satisfaction
  • Overall provision of the service model
  • Team leadership
  • Delivery of KPIs
  • Adherence to agreed quality standards
  • Continuous improvement & meeting our regulator's standards
  • Growth of the existing contract's sales targets
  • Identification of new opportunities for Mountain within their region
  • Reporting
  • Budget ownership within delegated authorities
  • Own the stakeholder relationships with commissioners and other third parties
  • Regional influencer role, playing a strategic role in communicating what we do
  • Act as an ambassador for our service
  • Identify service gaps, potential business cases and new opportunities for growth
  • Foster good relationships with our commissioners and partner agencies
  • Accountable for ensuring that the end‑to‑end patient journey through our service is as good as it can possibly be
  • Identifying and solutioning new service areas for patients
  • Oversee the delivery of the clinical elements of SARC healthcare provision as set out in the Contracts
  • Act as the operational single point of contact (Ops SPOC) for Doctors
