Mountain Warehouse Group is seeking a Group Payroll Manager - Retail to lead payroll operations for 5,000 colleagues across the MW Group.

The role reports to the Head of Global Payroll and covers our retail businesses in multiple regions, delivering accurate and timely pay while ensuring compliance.

You will lead a team, influence payroll strategy, manage international payroll bureaus, and drive Dayforce-based processes and improvements.
