The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our Leicester office. You will provide an efficient and responsive secretarial and administrative support to senior staff, to ensure the smooth running of the services. This is a temporary 12 month contract, covering maternity leave.
You must have at least one year\βs experience of administration/reception work within a busy office environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise a workload unsupervised. You will also have experience using computer software, particularly MS Office (Word, Outlook, and a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent telephone skills are a must, along with the ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals to the appropriate members of staff, triaging calls and action taken.
