Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people with care needs in Brent? If you're energetic and person-centred, we want you to join our team as an Extra Care Senior Support Worker. You'll assist our Extra Care Registered Manager in providing top-notch care and support to 61 residents in Brent, a culturally diverse area. Work alongside Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure our clients are empowered and their needs are met. You'll also collaborate with families to create a positive atmosphere.
Your role will involve personal care, domestic tasks, and supporting residents with employment, education and social activities. We value your unique skills and interests. Previous experience with older people, dementia, and memory loss is essential. We're looking for someone warm, respectful and person-centred.
