Join us as a Relief Cook at Wilshaw House in Ashton-under-Lyne, where we provide day care for up to 28 service users daily, diagnosed with dementia or memory impairment. As a Relief Cook, you'll cover shifts from 09:30 to 14:00, sometimes at short notice. You'll prepare and cook meals according to an agreed menu plan, tailored to our service users' preferences.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the kitchen area
  • Shopping
  • Stock control
  • Maintaining cleanliness in line with health and safety and food hygiene legislation
