Role Overview: As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality care, fostering a positive environment. Your enthusiasm and understanding of best practices will be essential to support service users\’ dignity, independence, and well-being. The role requires calmness, resourcefulness, energy, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Support Worker Duties:

1. Provide practical, emotional, and behavioral support to service users.
2. Assist service users in managing their own homes.
3. Perform general housing management tasks, including cooking and bill payments.
4. Build and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
5. Provide personal care as needed.

Prior experience is necessary as this role involves lone working.
