Mountain, the new restaurant from Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat, has opened in a historic building on a classic Soho street. An atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terroir, plates of seafood from the plancha in local fisherman's bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.
We are always happy to hear from talented people who want to work with us on the restaurant floor or in our kitchen. If you’d like to work with us, then please send your CV and a covering letter to tell us about your experience.
