The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Required for September 2026. The Governors wish to appoint a Year Leader with the knowledge and experience to inspire students and staff, in their drive for progress and achievement. The successful candidate will be an effective classroom practitioner with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills. You will think strategically and foster a team ethos that enhances improvement within your team, making a significant impact on students to help them reach their individual potential.

The year leader will lead a team of nine teachers along with support staff and student assistants. Are you passionate, driven and focussed on achieving the best for those around you?
