Kitchen Porter, Permanent, Full-Time Mount Royal Hotel by The Unlimited Collection is seeking an engaging Kitchen Porter with a passion for great hospitality. You will report to the Head Chef / Sous Chef supporting/working towards providing guests with a memorable experience. A Kitchen Porter will be responsible for: Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of working areas Upholding good housekeeping and organisational practices in all areas as required Ensuring all kitchen areas and BOH areas are cleaned, properly organised and stocked up to the standards required in line with Company processes and procedures Ensuring the pot wash activity is managed and completed in a timely manner to meet needs Collecting, organising and ensuring adequate level of cleaning supplies Maintaining all equipment ensuring it is clean and in working condition Complying with all statutory and company Health & Safety, fire, bomb and security regulations To be successful in the role of Kitchen Porter, we require: A Genuine interest in building a career in kitchen Previous experience within a similar hotel environment/previous experience within a busy kitchen environment.
