Food & Beverage Manager in Edinburgh

We are looking for a charming and thoughtful individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Food & Beverage Manager . As a Food & Beverage Manager you will: Be responsible for the day to day management of the Catering operations at the Hotel, ensuring that the team offers a warm welcome and service experience to our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience Offer operational support to the Events Team by checking bookings volumes and the allocation of resources and staff Undertake and oversee Food & Beverage administrative and financial responsibilities in accordance with Company standards, procedures and legal obligations Ensure questions are answered and complaints are managed, seeking advice from senior management as necessary Ensure best practice at all times and put forward ideas as to how standards, processes and procedures can be maintained and improved The successful Food & Beverage Manager has: Excellent team leading and guest engagement skills Excellent leadership skills An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel Ability to work with IT systems The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different expectations A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous In return, we offer: Genuine career opportunities within our business Valuable on the job training, along with access to our digital online learning platform and numerous other learning and development opportunities Employee recognition scheme through guests and fellow team members Employee stay rates throughout Europe (after passing probation) Staff incentives when you and the team perform!
