The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Kitchen Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and tidying up designated areas of the kitchen efficiently and professionally to high standards, using the appropriate cleaning materials provided.
- Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
- Ensuring planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
To be successful in the role of Kitchen Porter, we require:
- Excellent organisation skills.
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
