The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us. This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrate personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
- Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
- Perform turndown duties when required
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
Qualifications:
- Housekeeping Assistant experience
