Step into a story of transformation at the Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh, soon to be reborn as part of the Unlimited Collection, a brand where heritage meets bold, contemporary hospitality. Following a landmark refurbishment, our doors will reopen to reveal a reimagined hotel experience, with a newly renovated restaurant at its heart. Overlooking the iconic skyline of Princes Street, this vibrant space will become one of Edinburgh’s most exciting dining destinations, blending local flavour, modern design, and warm Scottish hospitality.
You will report to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences at the restaurant.
A Food and Beverage Attendant Will:
- Be highly courteous, giving guests a memorable service and lasting impression.
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
- Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
- Take initiative in accommodating our guests' needs in a resourceful manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent guest engagement skills.
- Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- Ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- Good command of English; a second language is advantageous.
