Mount Charles Group is one of the largest privately owned soft facilities management, catering and ancillary service providers in Ireland. We are looking for a Lounge Host to join our team at the Causeway Lounge in Belfast. The role offers an opportunity to work with a leading facilities management company and to grow within the organisation.
Working Pattern- 40 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts between 05:00 am and 09:00 pm
- Option to be flexible
- 28 days paid holidays (pro rata)

- Provide an efficient and friendly service to customers as part of a team, assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
- Comply with all HACCP regulations and health, safety & hygiene standards.
- Maintain a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accessories and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period.
- Check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records and operate the till as required.
- Report defective equipment, utensils, work and floor surfaces or any other health and safety issues to the line manager.
- Work closely with the team; communicate effectively at all levels, both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous food handling experience.
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

- Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
- Self motivated, able to work independently.
- Basic statutory training will require reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers.
