Mount Charles Group is a leading facility management company in Ireland. We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative at Radius Manor Court, Lurgan.

Working Pattern:

  • 5 Hours per week
  • Week 1: Saturday 9am – 2pm
  • Week 2: Sunday 9am – 2pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use equipment as directed by the Line Manager after proper training
  • Report and mark any faulty equipment immediately and refrain from using it
  • Use safety signage appropriately at all times, e.g. wet floor signs, and warn customers where possible
  • Keep cleaning stores clean, tidy and store equipment correctly and safely

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/products and previous cleaning experience
  • Customer‑focused with a keen eye for detail
  • Good time‑management skills
  • Experience working independently and ensuring tasks are completed
  • Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a daily basis
