The Role
- Assist in managing all food and beverage operations across events, weddings, corporate functions, and retail outlets.
- Support event planning, logistics, setup, service execution, and post-event review.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and liaise with management as needed.
- Meet all hospitality requests with expected service standards
- Support operations across multiple venues
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with venue teams and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of HACCP regulations and food hygiene requirements.
- Familiarity with stock control and purchasing processes.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and function arrangements.
- Awareness of customer service best practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, licensing, and health regulations
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality.
- Uphold company procedures and operational standards across all sites.
The Person
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing F&B operations within busy hospitality or event environments.
- Confident team leader with strong communication and staff development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, health & safety legislation/ allergen management.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speakingand listening skills toassistin understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
