The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Mount Charles Group are one of the largest and privately owned soft Facilities Management, catering and ancillary service/product providers in Ireland. We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based in Hyster, Craigavon.

Working Pattern: 39 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday, 7am – 3pm. No nights.

Role:

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – including weekly and periodic tasks.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents; use equipment only after correct training.
  • Report any faulty equipment immediately and mark it as such.
  • Use safety signage appropriately at all times, e.g. wet‑floor signs and warn customers where possible.
  • Keep cleaning stores clean and tidy and store equipment correctly and safely.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
  • Leads by example and lives our values.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
  • Self‑motivated, works independently and takes initiative.
  • Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking and listening skills; computer literacy.
