The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join it's team at the Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport.

The Role
- To plan, manager, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
- Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
- Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
- Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources
- Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
- Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro - activeness.
- Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
- Ensuing all client and 3rd party paper work is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing
- Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
The Person
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in managing a team.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role
- The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
- The ability to follow instruction
