Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to cover Antrim, Armagh and Down. This role is mobile, so a full clean driving licence is a must‑have. This is a great opportunity to join a world‑leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- 8 am – 3 pm (five in seven days)

Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – including weekly and periodic tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by COSHH guidelines.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use them only after correct training is given.
- Report immediately any faulty equipment, mark it as faulty and do not use.
- Use appropriate safety signage at all times, e.g., wet‑floor signs and warn customers where possible.
- Keep cleaning stores clean, tidy and store equipment safely.
Qualifications and Experience
- Self‑motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
- Full driving licence.
- Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Leads by example and lives our values.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and reputation.
- Basic statutory training – candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
