We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our team based at Mount Charles Group, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 Days, 21:00pm - 05:00am. This is a Night time role. Must have a full driving license.

The Role:
- Responsibility for the day to day management of different units
- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
- Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
- Completing onsite quality Audits
- Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
- Liaising with clients, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
- Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
The Person:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry
- Have proven experience of working within multi-site operations
- Be a strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team
- Be confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings
- Have a hands on approach in all areas of cleaning
- Be up to date with the latest industry machinery and concepts and be able to demonstrate this knowledge at interview level
- Be genuinely passionate about their field
- Be able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
