We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead to join our team based at Translink, Derry/Londonderry. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Night-Time Role, 10pm - 4am

The Role:

  • Contract Auditing - Carry out walk through inspections to ensure all trains are cleaned to acceptable standard
  • Client Contact Uniforms - checking all staff are in full uniform
  • Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training
  • Ensuring all members of staff complete their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensuring all areas are fully stocked such as toilet roll dispensers, soap dispensers etc.
  • Keeping your own store area clean, tidy, colour-coded and up to spec
  • A fully flexible approach needed
  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with all PTS requirements
  • Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials
  • Full compliance with COSHH and colour-coding
  • Understand the scope of works required for general and deep cleans to ensure all trains pass audit inspection
  • Ensure all suggestions, comments or complaints are reported to the Line Manager

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Previous work experience in customer service employment
  • Current BICS Qualifications
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis
