We are currently recruiting for a Cook to join our team based at Trinity House, Garvagh. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

The Role:
- To ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to
- Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements
- Induct, train and appraise employees as per the Company procedures
- Ensure all Health, Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to
- Comply with HACCP regulations as necessary
- Ensure everyone in the team are following COSHH procedures for the use of chemicals
The Person:
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced catering/ hospitality environment.
- Demonstratable knowledge of HACCP
- Previous management/ supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually
- Previous experience working in a contract catering environment
- NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/ 1&2 or above
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
