Mount Charles Group is one of the largest and privately owned soft Facilities Management, catering and ancillary service/product providers in Ireland. We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team covering the Lisburn area. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 07:00 am – 03:00 pm
- Full training will be provided

Role
- Provide the highest level of housekeeping/cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the client’s specifications
- Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Carry out general cleaning services to include offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, laboratories and amenity areas site‑wide
- Replenish all stocks in your area of responsibility
- Carry out regular checks on equipment and machines used during hours of work and leave all equipment clean
- Ensure all offices, toilets and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards
- Comply with all HACCP regulations where necessary
- Follow procedures for the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials
- Report defective equipment, utensils, work or floor surfaces or any other health and safety issues
- Plan daily cleaning routes to ensure efficient travel between multiple sites
- Maintain a schedule to meet cleaning deadlines and client expectations
- Prioritise tasks based on site requirements
The Person
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous work experience in customer service employment
- Current BICS qualifications
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential
- Full clean driving licence
- Access to own transport
