Craft Event Co has an exciting opportunity for ambitious and creative Events Chefs to join our dynamic team and work across our portfolio of Wedding and Event Venues across Northern Ireland. Craft Event Co delivers dining experiences to discerning guests across a host of great venues within Northern Ireland. We understand our guests' needs and anticipate them to deliver an unbelievable experience every time.
As an Event Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our dining experience. You will be a core player within our team. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your passion and knowledge for quality food, delighting our guests on their special occasions.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours per Week, work pattern dependent on events schedule Monday to Sunday, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, innovate, and demonstrate a positive working attitude.
- Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan, organise, and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that the Company's reputation for food quality is delivered at all times.
- Comply with Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene regulations and COSHH.
- Provide high-quality service to our customers and clients.
The Person:
- Experience in same or similar role
- Good knowledge and passion for food
- A talent for drafting inventive menus
- An understanding of stock, costing and margin management
- IT skills
- Good people skills
- Experience of cooking for large volume events
