Job Location: Derry/Londonderry – Woven Old City Court, Ireland.
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm, 6 hours per week. Flexible hours – 2 hrs x 3 times per week or 3 hrs x 2 times per week.

The Role:
- Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with client specifications.
- Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide a range of general cleaning services, including offices/meeting rooms, toilets/shower areas, laboratories, and amenity areas site-wide.
- Ensure all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure regular checks are carried out on equipment and machines used.
- At the end of your shift, leave all equipment clean and in good working order.
- Familiarise yourself with company procedures and regulations and follow them.
- Participate in the health and safety policy of the company and report any dangers, near-misses, or hazards to your line manager.
- Present all offices, toilets, and amenity areas in a clean and tidy condition.
The Person:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Previous work experience in customer service.
- Current BICS qualifications.
- Basic statutory training: ability to read, write, speak, and listen to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis.
