Working Pattern: 28 Hours per week
- Week 1: Sat, Sun and Wed 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Week 2: Fri, Tue, Wed and Thur 9.00am - 5.30pm

The Role:
- To ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure all food is prepped and ready for service.
- Ensure the team are providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time.
- Completing any administration as requested which may include ordering all stock for the unit.
- Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements.
- Report defective equipment, work and floor surfaces.
- Ensure the opening and closing of all food outlets are carried out in accordance with Company procedures.
- Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked and well presented.
- End of month duties to be completed on the last day of the month.
The Person:
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced catering/hospitality environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP.
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working in contract catering.
- NVQ level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or above.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
