We are currently recruiting for an Employee Experience Administrator to join our team based at the Mount Charles Group in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 9:00am to 5pm
  • Hybrid working model
  • Three site-based days per week

The Role

  • Help managers onboard and offboard employees
  • Oversee many day-to-day employees experience duties creating an inclusive, innovative, healthy and value based working environment.
  • Assist the operations team in ensuring new hires and transitioning team members receive the right onboarding information at the right time (positively contributing to their future success within the company)
  • Maintain and update employee records and issue contractual amendments, as necessary.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Partner with the HR executive team to ensure the onboarding process remains compliant with local and regulatory requirements.

The Person

  • This is an entry level role – a willingness to learn is paramount.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with and understanding data.
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent or willingness to work towards this.
  • Demonstrable experience in the use of HR systems (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
