Mount Charles Group is a leading facilities management provider in Ireland, now recruiting a Cleaning Operative for our Ladbrokes Twinbrook site.
Working Pattern: 4 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am

The Role:
- Ensure all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents.
- Use equipment only after correct training and as directed by the Line Manager.
- Report immediately any faulty equipment, mark it as faulty and discontinue use.
- Ensure safety signage is used appropriately at all times (e.g., wet‑floor signs and warning customers when possible).
- Keep cleaning stores tidy and store equipment correctly and safely at all times.

Basic statutory training will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis. The successful applicant’s offer is subject to an Access NI (Basic) check prior to commencement of the role.
