Location: Antrim – Belfast International Airport – Northern Quarter
Position: Chef (full‑time)
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, 5 out of 7 shifts per week, Shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts between 3am and 10pm

The Role:
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens, ensuring a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained.
- Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the highest standard.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are applied.
- Ensure company policies relating to stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored.
- Maintain a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Update HACCP records.
- Ensure the security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times, promoting a harmonious working environment.
- Perform any other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager.
The Person:
- Must be able to work alternate weekends.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification.
- Leads by example and lives our values.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
- Self‑motivated, works independently and on own initiative.
- Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Basic statutory training required – reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
