Mount Charles Group are committed to doing the right thing, having fun, and growing together. We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Chef to join our team based in Belfast, covering the Belfast Area. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between 8am - 6pm. Days and times will vary.

The Role:
- Assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit.
- Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.
- Complete any administration which would sit within remit including recording of food temperatures.
- In the absence of the Unit Manager, complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements.
- Report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces to the Line Manager.
- Ensure all food is labelled correctly.
- Prepare and manage all aspects of hospitality catering.
- Comply with HACCP regulations as necessary.
The Person:
- Previous culinary experience.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen.
- Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually.
- Previous experience working in a contract catering environment.
- NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
