We are currently recruiting for an Employee Experience Administrator to join our team based at the Craft on the Ormeau Road, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am to 5pm, Hybrid working model, Occasional weekends and evenings.

The Role: As Hospitality Co-Ordinator and Administrator, you will support the wider Craft Event Co. team with the completion of event information and manage the Craft Event Co. mailbox and Bright Venue system, working closely with our financial department with regards to invoicing and general administration. Reporting to the Head of Operations on booking trends on a monthly basis and assisting in the creation of reports for clients and senior management. Manage the inbox with regards to bookings and queries, answering calls that come into Craft Event Co, ensuring all correspondence is answered as soon as possible. Prepare initial event sheets for all bookings, ensuring bookings are managed through the Bright Venue system. Produce Quotes for all bookings with the assistance of the Craft and Events team. Ensure handover of bookings to event managers in a timely manner with as much information and details as possible. Assist the Events Managers at wedding fairs and tasting sessions, recording details of prospective bookings and or menu choices. Update on payments ensuring customers quotes, invoices and.
