We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Food Service Assistant to join our team based in the Belfast area. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday

The Role:
- Assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit
- Preparation of service counter
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
- Work as part of the team to ensure service is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard
- Carry out all cleaning duties as per instruction from line manager or per unit cleaning rota
- Carry out cooking duties
- Ensure kitchen and service areas (including customer tables and chairs) are always clean and tidy and assist with waste removal
- Clear and wash dishes in the dining area as required
- Deliver hospitality orders to meeting rooms
- Be responsible for cash handling duties under your control
- Assist, when required, with the moving and setting up of furniture for catering purposes in designated areas
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
- Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
- Complete any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills and recording daily sales figures on the system

- Demonstrable passion for providing good customer service

- Good navigation and time management
- Workable knowledge of HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Full Clean driving licence
