We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team looking after Belfast and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday including weekends 8am - 3pm

The Role:

  • Providing the highest level of Cleaning service within your area of responsibility
  • Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner
  • Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets
  • Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
  • Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all the equipment is left clean
  • Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
  • Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager
  • All offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidy
  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with all regulations as necessary
  • Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager

The Person:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
  • Previous work experience in customer service employment
  • Current BICS Qualifications
  • Must have full valid driving license
  • Access to own transport
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis
