Mount Charles Group, one of the largest Irish providers of facilities management, catering, and ancillary services, seeks a Cleaning Operative to support the maintenance of Newbridge Integrated College in Banbridge.
Working Pattern: 17.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 15:30‑18:30

The Role:
- Deliver high‑quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and other areas.
- Respond promptly and politely to customer requests and perform duties professionally.
- Replenish consumables and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Follow company procedures and regulations, including Health & Safety policies.
- Conduct regular checks of cleaning equipment and report defects to the line manager.
- Ensure all areas are presented clean and tidy at all times.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
The Person:
- Exceptional customer‑service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous customer‑service work experience.
- Current BICS qualifications.
- Basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers.
