  • Week 1: 29 hours per week (Thursday & Friday 15:00‑22:00 and Saturday & Sunday 09:00‑17:00)
  • Week 2: 21 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday 15:00‑22:00)

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with client specifications.
  • Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general cleaning services, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site‑wide.
  • Ensure all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct regular checks of the equipment/machines used.
  • Leave all equipment clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to the line manager.
  • Familiarise yourself with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in the company health and safety policy and report any dangers, near‑misses or hazards to the line manager.
  • Present all offices, toilets and amenity areas in a clean and tidy condition.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous work experience in customer service.
  • Basic statutory training required: basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and to communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
