We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our team at CAFRE Greenmount, Antrim. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 12 month temporary contract

The Role:
- Caretaking/Conference - setting up of rooms to customer needs.
- Meeting contractors - opening up rooms/areas to allow contractor access upon request from Greenmount Campus Reception and/or Facilities Manager.
- Delivering of items/deliveries and movement of furniture as directed by Facilities Services Manager.
- Manning the Gate Lodge during the 0800 to 1600 shift as directed to by Facilities Manager - directing traffic - meeting customers.
- Audits of fixtures, fittings and furniture - upon request from Facilities Manager - reporting of faults to Facilities Manager.
- Carrying out of Water Flushing in buildings as directed by Facilities Manager.
The Person:
- Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative
- Full driving license
- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
