- Shifts between 04.00am – 08.30pm

The Role:
You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting as directed with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards. You will comply with all HACCP regulations and all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards. You will maintain a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accompanying items and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period. You will check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records and operate the till as required. You will report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager. You will work effectively both independently and with a close working relationship with the team, communicating at all levels.

Basic statutory training is required; all candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
