We are recruiting a Lounge Catering Manager at Belfast International Airport, Antrim. The role involves ensuring all food is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to, and delivering excellent customer service.
Working Pattern:
- 40 hours per week
- Various shifts between 05:00‑20:00
- 5 days out of 7

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard, complying with HACCP regulations.
- Prepare the service counter and keep it ready for service.
- Provide the highest level of customer service consistently to all users of the facility.
- Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest standard.
- Complete required administrative tasks including recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, and recording daily sales figures.
- Maintain book‑keeping procedures in line with company requirements.
- Report defective equipment, utensils, floor surfaces, etc. to the relevant Head Office department.
- Ensure opening and closing of all food outlets follows company procedures.
- Manage the team effectively to keep service areas fully stocked, well presented, and attractively displayed with printed daily priced menus and specials.

- Experience in a similar role.

- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis; proficient computer literacy.
