Mount Charles Group, a leading Facilities Management and catering provider in Ireland, is recruiting a Lounge Catering Manager for Belfast International Airport. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment and grow within a top company.

Working Pattern

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7
  • Various shifts, 5 am earliest start, 10 pm latest finish
  • Free on site parking
  • Company phone and laptop provided

The Role

  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard and all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
  • Pre‑prep the service counter and keep it ready for service.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently to all users of the facility.
  • Work with the team to deliver service on time and to a high standard.
  • Complete required administration such as recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills and recording daily sales figures on the system.
  • Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements.
  • Report defective equipment, utensils, work area and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
  • Carry out opening and closing of all food outlets in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage the team to keep all service areas fully stocked, well presented, and maintain an attractive environment with printed daily priced menus and daily specials.

Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
