We are currently recruiting for a Night Time Prep Chef to join our team based at Belfast International Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
- 35 hours per week
- Four night shifts per week
- Shifts Monday to Sunday
- Flexible night shifts available

The Role:
- Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen during night shifts to ensure all food preparation is completed to the highest standards.
- Preparing ingredients, sauces, meats, vegetables and other food items for daily service operations.
- Ensuring all food preparation, storage and labelling procedures are carried out in line with company standards and HACCP requirements.
- Supporting the kitchen team by maintaining stock rotation and assisting with stock control procedures.
- Ensuring kitchen areas, equipment and storage areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard overnight.
- Updating HACCP records and completing all relevant food safety documentation.
- Maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company procedures.
- Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation and ensuring all prep for the following day is completed efficiently.
- Promoting and contributing to a positive and respectful working environment.
The Person:
- Must be able to work alternate weekends and night shifts
- Experience in a similar kitchen or food preparation role
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 qualified preferred
- Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently during quieter overnight periods
- Leads by example and lives our values
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating effectively with colleagues
