We are currently recruiting for a Lounge Supervisor to join our team based at our Causeway Lounge, Belfast Internation Airport site.

This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

  • 5 out of 7 days
  • Working hours between 5am – 10pm

The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day lounge operations and maintain presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor passenger flow and manage seating efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Supervise, support, and motivate lounge staff.
  • Prepare rotas and manage staffing levels.
  • Deliver coaching and support training needs.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure brand and airline partner standards are met.
  • Conduct quality checks across all service areas.
  • Manage stock levels and complete ordering tasks.
  • Prepare reports, logs, and daily operational updates.
  • The Person
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good organisational and administrative capability.
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, aviation, or retail.
  • Experience in premium or VIP customer service environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
