Mount Charles Group is recruiting for a Team Lead based at Translink, Belfast. This permanent night-shift role runs 9pm to 5am, 37.5 hours over 5 days.
You will audit cleaning standards on trains, manage client contact, and ensure staff are properly suited and equipped, with COSHH compliance and safety at the forefront.
The role requires exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, PTS and medical pass, and background in customer service.
