This permanent role covers day-to-day lounge operations, staff coaching, coordinating catering, cleaning and maintenance, and maintaining presentation standards.
You will manage rotas, monitor passenger flow, handle customer enquiries, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver excellent VIP service in a fast-paced environment.
