Role: You will be a Relief Cook Manager, responsible for producing great-tasting food, challenging standards, ensuring quality and consistency to company and brand specifications, and achieving maximum efficiency and a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure food service achieves maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all bookwork is completed within company requirements.
- Adhere to all HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legion requirements.
- Prepare the service counter.
- Ensure the team provides the highest level of customer service.
- Complete any administration requested.
- Manage purchasing, cash handling, banking and the weekly estimated trading account (ETA).
- Report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces.
- Ensure opening and closing of all food outlets follows company procedures.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 in 7 days, Various shifts and sites

Qualifications and Experience: Experience preparing hot and cold meals, snacks, bakery, and sweets. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment, deal with issues, and manage all areas of a kitchen. Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified. Promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment with respect and dignity. Maintain a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene, and security legislation and company policies. Basic statutory training; proficient in reading, writing, speaking and listening, plus computer literacy.
