Mount Charles Group is seeking a Term-Time Only Catering Manager on-site at SERC College, Lisburn, for a 40-hour week during term time. The role oversees daily food service operations, ensures high‑quality offerings and strict health and safety compliance.

You will plan menus, coordinate events, manage both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, monitor stock and budgets, and liaise with clients to tailor catering solutions while training staff and maintaining efficiency.
