We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team based in Trinity House, Garvagh. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 4 Hours Per Week Any 4 Days Out of 7 8am-6:30pm

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
- Work as part of the team to ensure service is delivered on time and a to a high standard
- Carry out all cleaning duties as per instruction from line manager
- Ensure kitchen and service areas are always clean and tidy and assist with waste removal
- Clear and wash dishes in the dining area
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
- Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
- Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials
- Complete any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, and recording daily sales figures on the system
- Assist with effective management of stock control and portion control
Person Specification
- Demonstrable passion for providing good customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good navigation and time management
Desirable Criteria
- Workable knowledge of HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Full Clean driving licence
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customer on a day-to-day basis
