We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team based at Trinity House, Coleraine. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

- Salary: £15.25 per hour
- Working Pattern: 36 hours per week; Any 4 days out of 7; 8am - 5:30pm

The Role
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to (if required)
- Prepare the service counter and ensure readiness for service
- Provide the highest level of customer service consistently
- Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard
- Complete administration as requested (recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, recording daily sales)
- Complete bookwork procedures (purchasing, cash handling, banking, weekly ETA)
- Report defective equipment/utensils/work surfaces to the relevant Head Office department
- Open and close of all food outlets in accordance with Company procedures

- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
- Basic statutory training requires basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers
