Overview
Catering Assistant to join the Mount Charles Group team based at Moy Park Craigavon. A world leading facilities management company offering soft facilities management, catering and ancillary services.
Working Pattern
- 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 3.30pm to 9.00pm

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
- Comply with HACCP regulations and all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- Maintain a hygienic and tidy environment; keep tables, accompaniments and counters clean and adequately supplied during the service period.
- Check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records, and operate the till as required.
- Report defective equipment/utensils/work surfaces or any Health and Safety issues to the Line Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with the team; be able to work independently and communicate at all levels.
