We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Representative to join our Concept Group Team. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management group of companies. The Concept Group Team provide a one stop shop option to clients for facility services, catering equipment sales, janitorial products and specialised cleaning services. The Concept Group have been providing Hygiene and Pest Control products and services since 1998 across the UK and Ireland.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours per Week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our premium services and products.
- Collaborate with the Concept Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
- Proactively reach out to customers across all sectors.
The Person:
- Proven telesales experience or a strong passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in one or more of our core divisions is an advantage.
- Has proven track record or Knowledge of social media and Marketing Campaigns.

Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
