We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team based in Northern Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. Working Pattern 40 hours per week Five in every seven days Weekends required Rewards 26 days plus your 8 statutory bank holidays 1 time life assurance Pension Scheme Voluntary Private Healthcare Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Leadership and development Academy The Role Oversee the management of day-to-day functions of each unit within a designated area To ensure all staff are allocated their duties To ensure all staff wear the correct uniform including name badge and maintain a high standard of presentation Client relations Delivery of quality and service standards Participation of strategic development of the group and overall promotion of the company\'s key goals and objectives Supporting management team across other venues Weekly Operations meetings The Person Attention to detail in all aspects of work Leads by example and lives our values Enthusiastic about our customer service and reputation Flexible and positive with a Can-Do attitude Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
